We as Nudist's know that the laws concerning our Nudity vary from State to State
Here in Pocatello Idaho "indecent exposure" means something entirely different than the "nudity law"
My neighbor on one side is an elderly lady we call her "the crazy lady".
Yesterday,I was sunning myself naked in my beach lounger next to my swimming pool when I noticed the crazy lady blatantly standing with here eye up to the cracks in my 6 foot cedar privacy fence! just "standing there staring" I knew she couldn't see me becuase my lounger was facing "back to her". After 45 minutes of her "standing there staring" I wrapped a beach towel around my waist and rose from the chair,I picked up my garden hose with it's high pressure nozzle and I said " Ohh Look,the grass over there is dry"...and I proceeded to BLAST the fence with water including where she was standing and staring.
She said: You better not GET ME WET!" so I said "ohh sorry..I didnt notice you standing there staring at me for the last 45 minutes,How RUDE of you,here's some more water! then my partner said " Ohh FUCK a Peeper"! and she said: "watch your language,your in PUBLIC" to wich I said "Ohh HELL I didn't realise my backyard was a public place since I OWN this house and the land it sits on" she said: I can call the cops,there are LAWS you know" to wich I said" "Ohh yes DO that,I know ALL the laws,wich ones would you like to discuss"? and finally this elderly "peeping Tomstress" left the area she was looking through the fence!
Soooo! Looks like I'm going to have to put shade fabric on the entire inside area of the fence bettween our two yards!
anyone else have to deal with a "Peeping Tom" through their privacy fence?

Mon, June 15, 2009 - 10:28 AMThat's what I did to my privacy fence in my back yard. I went to Lowe's and bought fabric to place on my fence. I don't have problems with any of my neighbors but 2 families do have younger children that I do not wish to have anything started. The neighbors all know I like the au natural feeling and so far (and I have been here 6 years with the same neighbors) there hasn't been anything said. But like I said, with the children getting older and having their friends over to swim in their pools I do not want to have any problems. One neighbor saw I was putting up the fabric and asked if it was OK for him and his wife to come over and enjoy the back yard in teh au natural state. Apparently they have been wanting to use the back yard but wasn't sure how to ask. Well duh - just ask. They even went to Lowes and bought some fast growing plants that we planted along the fence so the black fabric doesn't look so bad. Actually starting to look tropical out there. -

Your lucky to have "liberal neighbors" up here in Southeastern Idaho,mine are Not!
This area is so close to Utah and Salt Lake City it's loaded with Mormons who CRINGE at the very sight of a *Gasp*! NAKED body!
So far,they(the neighbors on both sides) havent bitched about the fabric blocking all of their windows views of my backyard but "time will tell"! -

Tue, June 16, 2009 - 7:19 PMThe funny thing is, there is a LARGE segment of Mormon society that are nudists, both public and private. I've recently found out that there is a nudist organization in The Murray area of SLC. I don't know what they, the nudists, do about their promise to continually wear their "temple" garments. I once was Mormon but woke up. Although I use to live in Utah, I now live in Delta CO.

We hang out nude in the hot tube on the patio of our condo and lots of folk from other condo's and apartments can watch if they peer down at a sharp angle. We don't give it any thought at all.

Sun, July 12, 2009 - 6:36 AMYesterday,I was barbequing lunch on my patio nude as usual and "the crazy lady" must have become really frustrated at no longer being able to peep at me becuase of the cloth on the inside of my fence,so she went into her garage and cranked UP a cheap stereo so it was "clippingly loud" on an oldies rock station likely thinking I hate rock,and she began singing(uh.."screeching"?) to the music. She left it on for about 7 hours until her neighbor(a 66 yr old retired man living alone in his home) on the OTHER side of her went over and must have told her to "knock it off"
What an obnoxious CREEP she is! what would make a middle aged woman "act like this"? It's one thing to have music in your backyard but it's another thing to use a cheap boombox and crank it up so loud that it's distorted!
I will be so glad when this BITCH DIES or has to go into an old folks home!
In contrast,my partner was talking with the family who lives on the other side of us,and Rick actually told him that "the fabric on top of the fence is a good Idea becuase he has little kids,and was aware that his kids were climbing the fence to look over the top of it at our swimming pool" he has NO Issues with it at all! -
